Who are Breadheads?

We're a small, independent sandwich kitchen based in Folkestone. Not a chain, not a franchise — just two guys who know the food industry well enough to know exactly what we wanted to do differently.

Between us we have a decades-long restaurant background and a well-loved Folkestone food business already under our belt. Breadheads is what happens when you take that experience, ignore the unnecessary parts, and focus entirely on the sandwich.

One kitchen. Serious ingredients. No dining room, no fuss — just food worth ordering twice.

We care about the details because we've spent long enough in this industry to know that the details are the product. The bread, the fill, the balance of flavours, the experience of opening the box. All of it matters.
